Control who can access and use your workforces
Understanding Scopes
Scopes determine who can see and use a workforce. When you create a workforce, it starts as personal (visible only to you). You can then promote it to make it available to your organization or the entire marketplace.
Scope Types
Personal
Personal workforces are private and only accessible by you. This is the default scope when creating a new workforce.
- Only visible to the creator
- Perfect for testing and personal use
- Can be promoted to organization scope
Organization
Organization workforces are shared with all members of your organization. Anyone in your team can select and use these workforces.
- Visible to all organization members
- Ideal for team-wide standardization
- Can be promoted to marketplace scope
Marketplace
Marketplace workforces are publicly available to all ViksaAI users. Share your specialized workforce configurations with the community.
- Available to all ViksaAI users
- Help others with specialized configurations
- Build reputation in the community

How to Promote a Workforce
1Open Workforce Details
Navigate to Viksa Force and click on the workforce you want to promote.
2Access Actions Menu
Click the more options (⋮) button to access the actions menu.
3Select Promote
Choose Promote to Organization or Promote to Marketplacedepending on your current scope and desired target.
Confirm Promotion
Confirm the promotion in the dialog. The workforce will immediately be accessible at the new scope level.
Important Notes
- •Scope changes are permanent - you cannot demote a workforce to a lower scope.
- •Marketplace workforces require that all included agents also be available in the marketplace.
- •Test thoroughly at lower scopes before promoting to avoid sharing incomplete configurations.
