Enterprise SSO Setup

Single Sign-On configuration guides for enterprise accounts

Overview#

ViksaAI Enterprise SSO allows your organization's employees to sign in using their existing corporate credentials. We support both SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocols, making it compatible with all major identity providers including Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin, and more.

Prerequisites#

  • An active ViksaAI Enterprise account
  • Admin or Owner role in your ViksaAI organization
  • Admin access to your Identity Provider (IdP)
  • Ability to add DNS TXT records for domain verification

Quick Start#

  1. 1

    Navigate to SSO Settings

    Go to Settings → SSO in your ViksaAI dashboard.

    Choose Your Protocol

    Select SAML 2.0 or OIDC based on your IdP's recommendation.

    Configure Your IdP

    Follow the provider-specific guide below to set up your IdP.
  4. 4

    Verify Your Domain

    Add a DNS TXT record to prove domain ownership.
  5. 5

    Test and Enable

    Test the connection, then enable SSO for your organization.
