Welcome to Viksa (operated by ViksaAI, Inc.). By accessing or using our platform, runtime engines, SDK, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Account Access and Authentication

We provide authentication through third-party services, primarily Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication tokens and credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Permitted Use & Custom Code Execution

Viksa allows developers to build and execute autonomous agents via our SDK and Model Context Protocol (MCP) gateways.

  • You are solely responsible for all custom Python scripts, API credentials, and commands executed by your agent fleet.
  • You agree not to use the Service to run malicious code, perform unauthorized penetration testing, bypass network security restrictions, or violate local, national, or international laws.
  • Destructive actions (e.g. database deletes, server reboots) should be supervised using our Volt approval mechanisms. ViksaAI is not liable for data loss or outages caused by unsupervised agent runs.

3. Data Security and Privacy

We prioritize data security. In hybrid VPC deployment configurations, your agent code and database connections remain within your private network boundary. Our use of your account profile data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

Viksa retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform orchestration software, logos, trademarks, and design components. The public Python SDK is released under our open-source license agreements. You retain full ownership of any custom agents and tools you write using our SDK.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VIKSAAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL VIKSAAI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE AGENTIC RUNTIME.
